1. General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only considered in specific cases outlined below.

  • Chargebacks or disputes without prior communication will result in permanent service termination and possible legal action.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be approved under these conditions:

✅ Service Not Delivered

  • If the service (e.g., verified account, design, SEO, reviews) is not provided at all within the promised timeframe.

✅ Major Defects or Non-Functionality

  • If a purchased account (PayPal, Binance, Cash App, etc.) is non-functional upon delivery.

  • If a design or development service materially differs from what was promised.

✅ Duplicate or Unauthorized Payment

  • If you were accidentally charged twice or did not authorize the transaction.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ No refunds will be given for:

  • Account bans due to client misuse (e.g., violating platform rules, fraud, suspicious activity).

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Delays caused by third-party verification (e.g., PayPal, Binance, Google).

  • Reviews removed by platforms (Google, Trustpilot, Yelp) due to policy changes.

  • Partial service completion (e.g., SEO work in progress).


4. Refund Process

1️⃣ Contact Support within 3 days of delivery if you believe you qualify for a refund.
2️⃣ Provide proof of issue (screenshots, transaction details, etc.).
3️⃣ Byzenta will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
4️⃣ If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7-14 days.


5. Service Replacement Policy

  • If an account or service fails due to our error, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacements are not guaranteed for banned accounts due to user misconduct.


6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

  • Chargebacks without prior contact will result in a permanent ban from our services.

  • $50 dispute fee will apply to cover processing costs.
