  • Accounts are provided for legitimate business purposes only.

  • Byzenta is not liable for account suspensions due to misuse.

  • No refunds if an account is banned for violating platform rules.

Reviews (Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, etc.)

  • Reviews are for reputation management only.

  • Fake or manipulated reviews may be removed by platforms—we do not guarantee permanence.

Social Media & Advertising Accounts (Facebook, Gmail, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Accounts must not be used for spam, scams, or illegal promotions.

  • Replacement policy applies only if the account is non-functional upon delivery.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required before service delivery.

  • Refunds are only issued if the service is not delivered as described.

  • No refunds for:

    • Account bans due to client misuse.

    • Changes in platform policies affecting service functionality.

    • Delays caused by third-party providers.

5. Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • Delivery times vary by service (e.g., SEO takes longer than account delivery).

  • Delays due to verification processes or high demand are not grounds for refunds.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Byzenta’s services for:
